the majority of metros across
the U.S. But a strengthening
economy and more robust job
growth could give the of ce sec-
tor a much needed charge in the year ahead.
Even the most seasoned brokers are grow-
ing tired of the pace of leasing activity where
weak demand for space is the new market norm.
