Midway through 2015 — year six of the cur-
rent U.S. expansion — the economic data is
once again making some real estate inves-
tors nervous. First-quarter real gross domes-
tic product, originally estimated at a meager
0.25 percent growth rate, actually fell 0.7
percent, according to the second estimate
from the Bureau of Economic Analysis in
late May.
On top of the weak GDP numbers, we have
had to endure lousy manufacturing trends,
lousy consumer spending trends, lousy of ce
