The CCIM Development Specialty Track program is one of the industry's leading
continuing education concentrations, providing commercial real estate developers,
investors, and consultants with a comprehensive understanding of the entire process
of development from due diligence to disposition. The program content is structured
around the Real Estate Development Matrix developed by Daniel Kohlhepp, Ph.D.,
of the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Topics include:
Jeff Engelstad, Ph.D., CCIM, is Professor of Real Estate
and the Built Environment at the University of Denver,
Daniels College of Business, which is ranked among the
very top collegiate real estate programs worldwide. In
addition, he has been a practitioner in commercial and
investment real estate for over 30 years.
Mark Van Ark, CCIM, is a special advisor to the U.S.
Department of Veterans Affairs and an instructor at the
University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
