Hospitality Big Deal Marcus Threats, CCIM, of Marcus & Millichap in Las Vegas negotiated the $7.1 million sale of the 100-room Best Western Plus Kings Inn & Suites in Kingman, Ariz., from a private investor to AIH LLC. Jagbir Grewal, CCIM, of Ian Black Real Estate in Sarasota, Fla., and two partners negotiated the $6.5 million sale of the 99-room Inn at Midtown in Sarasota from Midho to Daus Investments LLC. Russell T. Financing Big Deal Frank Sciara, CCIM, of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Mission Hills, Kan., arranged the $56 million refinancing of a Marriott hotel and a Hilton hotel in Los Angeles for an undisclosed borrower. Sciari also arranged the $29 million construction loan for a Hilton hotel in Los Angeles for the same undisclosed borrower.
