Natalizio, CCIM, of Cornerstone Realty Consultants in Stoneham, Mass., arranged the $4.4 million financ- ing of a 36-unit multifam- ily portfolio in Arlington, Mass., for an undisclosed borrower. Neal Churney, CCIM, of Johnson Capital in Phoenix, arranged the $3.1 million financing of a 23,000-sf retail property in Phoenix for an undisclosed borrower. CCIM.com Industrial Big Deal Ian M. Grusd, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness Richter Grusd in Iselin, N.J., represented Counsel RB Capital in the more than $3.2 million sale of a 172,000-sf industrial facility in New Brunswick, N.J., to an undisclosed buyer. Grusd also represented Schott NYC in the more than $3.2 million purchase of a 58,683-sf ware- house facility in Union, N.J., from an undisclosed seller. ¶Todd A. Hospitality Gerard R.C.
